Meet Anthony, our Founder.

Our founder and lead consultant, Anthony Ezell Miller, blends decades of multidisciplinary experience with left and right-brain thinking to help clients improve their B2B marketing operations. 

Born and raised in East St. Louis, IL, Anthony has been blessed to have earned an MBA from Michigan’s Ross School of Business with graduate studies at the Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands. He also holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois (Go Illini!).  

He has developed his entrepreneurial chops and has launched and managed SaaS products domestically and internationally for several companies including IBM and Microsoft. 

Client-wise, he is passionate about data-driven decision-making, concise and impactful communication, and fearless and continuous improvement. 

On the artsy side, his film Dear Angry was broadcast on cable television, his African-American historical TV series has been organized and qualified by the SEC for Regulation A fundraising, and a forthcoming book has earned a development contract.  

On the personal side, you usually can find him reading the Bible, writing, or chatting up family and friends.

Lastly, if you're wondering why the name 'Czesca' (pronounced chess-ka)? Anthony's Mother had the middle name of Francesca which he thought was pretty.  After some back and forth with available domain names, Czesca seemed to work--even though Central and Eastern Europeans are the only ones who pronounce it correctly on the first try.
